Condition of Sale

1. Payment
1.1 All Deposit Cheques to be made payable to Y R Satti
1.2 Full balance payments, will be in form of Cash, account transfer or debit/Credit card payment made on completion of fitting.

2. Deposits
2.1 All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation of an order by a  customer.

3. Booked Orders
3.1 Any booked order cannot be replaced with another property.
3.2 Partial cancellation of orders will be subject to re-calculation of price and any loss of material cost will be deducted from refund amount.
3.3 The delivery times given at time of booking are solely approximate only and can be altered at anytime without prior notice.

4. Availability
4.1  In an event of product choose by customer run out of stock, or discontinued at anytime during production process, the customer will be notified and will be given alternative option to choose from at no extra cost for similar band product, however if customer choose from higher cost band product then difference will be charged. If a customer do not want to go ahead with alternative, full refund of deposit will be offered.

4.2 For all completed jobs, there will be no guarantee to replace exactly same material for future for any reason, if that product has been discontinued by supplier.

5. Defects and Shortages

5.1 Any defect and shortage of material can be made upon completion of job, while fitter are on site.
5.2 if customer try to fix any install blind, the guarantee will voided.
5.3 it will be the responsibility of customer, or their authorized representative to inspect the goods and work carried out or defects,  while fitters are on site and notified.
5.4 The company must be allowed to inspect and investigate any goods that are subject in complaint.
5.5 it will be the responsibility of customer, or their authorized representative to notify the company as soon as it is reasonably possible after an defect with blinds has been discovered.
5.6 The customer will not be entitled to any claim in respect of any repairs or alteration.
5.7 The company will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the use goods after the customer become aware of defect or after circumstances that should reasonably have indicated to the customer the existence of defect.
5.8 The customer will be entitled to any claim in respect of any defect or damage arising in reason of wear and tear of damage due to deliberate misuse.

6. Delivery

6.1 All the windows where blinds are subject to be fitted, it will customer responsibility to make sure the window area is free of any ornaments etc, any furniture or electrical items out of way and give clear space to fitter. Any damage to furniture or electrical or any other valuable  during fitting which are nearby fitting area, the company wont be responsible.
6.2 The company reps will not move stuff away which are nearby fitting place, if customer needs help to move them away, while handling furniture, electrical or any valuable, any damage occur, the company wont be responsible.
6.3 In the event of the company not being able to gain clear access to required location, the company reserve the rights to levy charge in respect of delivery.
6.4 The company operate a time fitting schedule, No claim can be made by the customer if we cannot for any reason beyond our control adhere to the stated time.
6.5 The company reserves the right to charge a redeliver fee if the customer is not in on the agreed day of fitting or delivery.

7. Shade Variation

7.1 All windows dressing, Vertical, Roller, Wood, Pleated, roman, curtain and all other blinds can vary in shade from the catalog samples which used while time of booking. This is not defect in material and thus no claim can be made into if shades variation does occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The liability of company will be limited to the value of goods supplied. The company accept no other liability of whatever nature including but not limited to any liability for indirect or consequential loss of profit, revenue and goodwill.

9. Statutory Rights

9.1 The statutory rights of customers are not effected by these condition of sale.
